A Heartfelt Thank You

As you all know, I am one of the unfortunate people who have lost employment and income because of the Covid-19 quarantine.

That is what spurred me to finally sit down and write my last post about adjunct teaching – a piece that I had been contemplating for literal years.

I hoped, when I wrote the post, that it would help other people struggling with underemployment and financial hardship to feel seen and perhaps provide them with some validation and vindication.

I hoped that people would be touched as well as informed by it.

Well, a very beautiful someone was, and this post is dedicated to her.

I just want to say to Janice G. Harper, I thank you for reading my post and reaching out to me with compassion and generosity.

You are deeply appreciated.

You have reaffirmed for me – in a needful time – that there are truly good people out in the world, looking to bless others.

You have blessed me, and I pray God blesses you in return.

Be healthy and well in this very precarious time.
